How To Sauna
Saunas have many incredible health benefits. Regular use has proven to increase life and decrease stress.
The Contented Soul will come to you, put up your sauna tent, get the fire going; so you just need to be ready to jump in.
We recommend you sit in the sauna tent for 15-20 minutes then either jump in our iced plunge pool for a cold shock, or stand in the cold outside for a few minutes before diving back in to the tent to warm up again.
Oils are provided for your use. We recommend 3 -4 drops of oil and hot water from our chimney water boiler, poured on the stones to create a soft and scented steam. Adding more wood and using more water makes for a hotter sauna.
Once you have finished, close down the chimney and leave the fire to go out. Our team will come and pack up the tent and leave you feeling refreshed at either the start or the end of your day.
